l stayed in Romania for 8 months. I liked that I could help AIDE to develop organization. Previously I had experience in participating in various projects, forums and festivals as a volunteer or just participant. I was happy to share my knowledge and ideas, because previously everyone was telling me that this experience is just for self development and fun. Here I actually could implement my knowledge. I had so many ideas, but I could only start journey of some things as travel club. Some ideas transformed as discussion club in art therapy sessions. 

I learned how hard it can be to start everything from scratch because before mostly I was just assisting in implementing volunteering or was just a participant of the project. My next step is to use my experience here to be better volunteer coordinator in Latvia.

Čau! I am Pamela, 24 years old girl from Riga, Latvia. I studied Multimedia communication and I also have experience in diverse types of volunteering - all of my previous knowledge I would like to implement in practice here through video, photo, podcasts and diverse arts activities. My dream is to make beautiful renovated houses for youth and artists from Baltics in Latvia , Estonia and Lithuania and this project is first step on gaining experience, contacts and skills for it.
