Hello, my name is Alona, I’m a 19 years old student of International Law. For  2 years I’ve been a volunteer in Kharkiv, Ukraine. I want to change lives in better ways all over the world, so now I’m an International volunteer with NGO AIDE in Râmnicu Vâlcea, România. 

For me volunteering in another country is something new, but I understand that I can give smiles all over the world and my starting point will be Romania!

Hello, Привіт, Salut!

I`m Alona, from a beautiful city Kharkiv, Ukraine! Thanks to ESC volunteering in Ramnicu Valcea I changed my view on things completly. I was going through a difficult period in my life, but this opportunity allowed me to feel alive. The most important thing about this volunteer work is the people! I have the most wonderful international family, with whom I still keep in touch. I was afraid to come here, to be honest. New people, a different country, language, values… They taught me everything I know now, gave me many opportunities, and I am fully grateful to NGO AIDE and NGO STELLA for this experience!
